one of my super plans - super diet

Hi everyone, i am making an official call. I am starting my diet from the 16th of November. My objective is to lose 10kg, and these are the reasons why i would like to lose that extre 10 in my body:

1. it will be the frist day of my new life. byebye to my old job and want to feel completely NEW
2. want to have a new silhouette, and be able to fit into all those clothes that i always wanted to wear.
3. starting my new job(working at home, for myself), want to look good for my new co-worker. my honey!
4. want to feel healthier and less junky. (promise i will start to do some excerise as well)
5. going back home(HK) soon to see my family, and i know i will gain a little then, so must lose some in advance
6. just in case i get pregnant again oneday, i don't want to feel that heavy this time (well...i gain 25kg on my last pregancy and it took me a year to lose 20 kg...without a diet, and i still have that extre 5kg !!!)
7. to challenge myself with a tough task like this one. be able to refuse temptations, it is a good training of self discipline! TRUST Me! it will be tough for me. anyone know me would know i am the most "love eating" person in the world!!!!

Many ppl told me that i am not fat enough to do a diet .....but i think 7 reasons are good enough. So I am going to use the Dukan Diet in english/french. It is a tough one. but i had friends who had lost a lot of weight and feeling healthier ever after. So my plan is to confess my diet on this blog, so every one of you would be my weight watcher!
