super diet- day 1

breakfast
  • half of an avocado
  • one hard boiled egg
lunch
  • smoked salmon 2 slices
  • a lot of green beans
  • with 0% fat yogurt and lemon dressing
tea
  • half of a banana
  • green tea with little honey
dinner
  • chicken breast pan fry with 0% fat yogurt dressing
  • steam zucchini
  • half of an avocado
always 2 big glasses of water during each meals...
keep up the good job... continue tmr...
