my diet plan for 2 month, aiming to lose 10kg.
general Rules:
- 12 glasses of water per day, 2 glasses during each meals, can drink Tea(green tea is the best for antioxidant), no sugur.
- hours of each meals: 7-8 breakfast, 12-1 lunch, 6-7 dinner, allow to have a fruit at 4.
- NO MORE FOOD after 8 (at least when i am eating at home)
- 70% full
- following the advises of this food pyramiy
- one portion of meat/fish/egg : two portion of vegatable
- NO crab - which means no rice, pasta, bread....only low crab food, check out the chart
- NO suger - no cookies, cakes, chocolate, the only sugur allow is fresh fruit.
- Low Fat food - less oil, less sauce.
- For the choice of food i will follow the list of the food charts from my blood type diet and the Antioxidant Diet.
- NO cheese, Only low fat yogurt
- a lot of vegatable soup and chinese healthy soup.
- Household work 2 times a week
- looking after my son and play with him......very sportive
- walkng dog
- bicycle
- swimming if i have time to go...
