2. suspenders

5. Collared shirts with hawaiian, plaid, or animated characters such as Pokemon or Looney Toons is ofted fashioned over a pair of dockers kakhis
6. TUCKED IN SHIRTS ARE A MUST
7. all type of shoes, but always a pair of long white socks!

got to find a pair of those vintage lace-up boots!

cute blond+ big bow black dotted pullover + black mini tight skirt+ ecru knee socks + lace-up flat boots = perfect match!

my son got all these wooden toys from plan toys, of cos i didn't pay a fortune for them. I found them all in vide greniers as usual!!! (90% of the toys, books and clothes of my son are 2nd handed! heart recycling and save big money!!!)

I am going to use them to customize some of the clothes of my son.

this is the silver fish necklace that i bought last weekend. the fish can actually move...

i remember my mum had a similar fish pendant, someone told me that for the Jewish, the fish is a symbol to protect you from the bad vibes. So i look out for some other meaning of fish. In Japan, the koi fish represents non-conformity. The koi swims upstream, which can be interpreted as showing the philosophy of non-conformism because the koi does not "go with the flow". This represent independence, not easily influenced by others. There are many other interesting symbolic meanings of FISH in different culture.

vide grenier on sunday

I always enjoy doing one or two vide grenier (flea market) in the weekend, especially when I have time for my own (baby-free for 2 days, thanks for the grandparents). There are always wonderful things to see and to buy of cos! you will always be amazed by the things that people are selling!? Today I brought home: 2 bottles of homemade jam, some vintage buttons, some clothes for my kid (a coat and some pants) and a necklace for me (in silver) all within 20 euros. i got this bag from ebay. I always wanted a doctor bag like this one. i had looked for a long long time. There were many occasions that i found nice ones but it was just not exactly how i had imaged it. So i waited. And finally i had to pay 60 dollar for this perfect one. No matter the size, the colour, the leather, the metal part, the handle, the way it falls, the aging of leather and even the lining, It is exactly what i was looking for precisely, this sensation is almost like u design and make your own! we were meant to found each other...
