popular banana diet from Japan

He says that the calories of 1 bowl of rice = 3 bananas, and bananas have lots of nutrients like vitamin C and potassium. So he suggests people that wanna lose weight to replace rice/pasta/bread with 1 or 2 bananas in the biggest meal or oiliest meal of the day. That way we can save some calories and get full faster. bananas can make us feel fuller, and also has this anti-depressant effect (like chocolates). People tend to feel miserable while dieting, so I guess that's why? Plus we still need carbo in our diet, omitting carbo entirely is bad.

Super diet super plan - part 3 - final plan

my diet plan for 2 month, aiming to lose 10kg.

general Rules:
  1. 12 glasses of water per day, 2 glasses during each meals, can drink Tea(green tea is the best for antioxidant), no sugur.
  2. hours of each meals: 7-8 breakfast, 12-1 lunch, 6-7 dinner, allow to have a fruit at 4.
  3. NO MORE FOOD after 8 (at least when i am eating at home)
  4. 70% full
  5. following the advises of this food pyramiy
  6. one portion of meat/fish/egg : two portion of vegatable
Food Rules:
  1. NO crab - which means no rice, pasta, bread....only low crab food, check out the chart
  2. NO suger - no cookies, cakes, chocolate, the only sugur allow is fresh fruit.
  3. Low Fat food - less oil, less sauce.
  4. For the choice of food i will follow the list of the food charts from my blood type diet and the Antioxidant Diet.
  5. NO cheese, Only low fat yogurt
  6. a lot of vegatable soup and chinese healthy soup.
Excerise Rules:
  1. Household work 2 times a week
  2. looking after my son and play with him......very sportive
  3. walkng dog
  4. bicycle
  5. swimming if i have time to go...

so this is my plan! Starting Tommorow!

super diet super plan - part 2

After my 1st official call of my super diet, I looked in details how this Dukan Diet works, realizing it might not be the best weight losing formula for me... first the fact that i cannot eat fruits for months .... this is a big CANNOT for me. 2nd, MEAT all the time, i really prefer veggies! plus my friend TITI was telling me that i can gain back very easily after the diet as many of his friends did! So now i really start to have doubts with this diet, although it is very tempting, u can loss all these weight in such a short time, but it seems not too healthy, cos during this diet, u cannot do exercise, u must take vitamin supplements cos u cannot eat fruit at all....etc. So i start looking up some other types of diet for weight losing. there are Antioxidant Diet, low-carb diet, Atkins Diet, blood type diet and MORE. They all have their + and -. So i have a new plan. I am going to design my own super diet. My aim to lose my 10kg by combining all the best part of all these diet and make something that i am really convinced to follow. i am working on it....i will post my diet plan asap! I am still going to start my DIET on monday. to be continue...

red burn lion head

my super cool neighbor cooked 紅燒獅子頭 and gave us some!
It was sooooo good! My son loves it. She gave me her secret recipe,
i will try to cook it someday...
But after my Super Diet >.<

the best pumpkin recipe ever (jap style)

so i bought this this wonderful thin slice of pork in the korean supermarket,
my best friend yiu (who i think she is the best cook after my dad) gave me a great recipe to cook them.
so what u need :

a potimarron (Potimarron is a very popular pumpkin in France, its name is a contraction from potiron,
plus marron, which means a chestnut flavoured squash.)
an onion (it was my choice to add, u don't have to if u don't like onion)
about 500gr of slices pork (fat ones)

first i marinate the pork with some soy sauce, dashi, seamee oil, mirin...leave it for a while...
then fry the pock until the oil is coming out,
add onion, big slice , fry a bit..
then add the potimarron...(cut big piece, cos it will melt in the sauce very quicky)
then add water..till it almost cover all the ingredents.
then let it cook on low fire until the potimarron and the onion become soft and
the sauce become quite orange and a bit thick! taste it and add soy sauce if it taste too light...

then it is done! serve with rice of cos!
