submarino
last night, my little son was not at home. His father proposed me to spend a romantic night with him. Then he brought me to a chinese restaurant, and after we saw Submarino (which i cry like hell through half of the film!) My french man really knows what is romance!!!ps. the movie was great!

hand-foot-mouth?!?
Can u image there is a disease called Hand-foot-mouth? well. i had never heard of it until my son got it! with a kid, you learn something new everyday.
What is hand, foot and mouth disease? Hand, foot and mouth disease is a viral infection caused by a strain of Coxsackie virus. It causes a blister-like rash that, as the name implies, involves the hands, feet and mouth. (Hand, foot and mouth disease is different than foot-and-mouth disease, which is an infection of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and deer and is caused by a different virus.)
Who gets hand, foot and mouth disease? Usually this occurs in children under 10 years old, but occasionally can occur in young adults.
How is it spread? The virus is spread by direct contact with nose and throat discharges, blisters and feces of infected people.
What are the symptoms and when do they start? Symptoms of fever, poor appetite, runny nose and sore throat can appear three to five days after exposure. A blister-like rash on the hands, feet and in the mouth usually develops one to two days after the initial symptoms.
When and how long can someone spread the disease? A person is contagious when the first symptoms appear and may continue until the blister-like skin lesions disappear. The virus has been known to be shed in the stool for up to several weeks.
How is hand, foot and mouth disease diagnosed? The diagnosis is generally suspected on the appearance of blister-like rash on hands and feet and mouth in a child with a mild febrile illness. Although specific viral tests are available to confirm the diagnosis, they are rarely performed due to expense and length of time needed to complete the tests.
Does a prior infection with Coxsackie virus make a person immune? Specific immunity can occur, but a second episode is possible from a different strain of Coxsackie virus.
What is the treatment? There is no specific treatment. Treatment is aimed at fever control and maintaining good oral hydration.
Can there be complications associated with hand, foot and mouth disease? The illness is typically mild, complications are rare. More serious infections have been seen recently with a certain strain of Coxsackie viral infection in Indonesia.
What can be done to prevent the spread of this disease? Children who feel ill or have a fever should be excluded from group settings until the fever is gone and the child feels well. Thorough hand washing and care with diaper changing practices is important as well.

So he suggests people that wanna lose weight to replace rice/pasta/bread with 1 or 2 bananas in the biggest meal or oiliest meal of the day. That way we can save some calories and get full faster. bananas can make us feel fuller, and also has this anti-depressant effect (like chocolates). People tend to feel miserable while dieting, so I guess that's why? Plus we still need carbo in our diet, omitting carbo entirely is bad.

The money bank just for shoes! What a great idea, girls should always put money aside just for emergency shoe shopping, The bank should have this kind of saving service. I am sure it will become very popular for the sack of all the shoe lovers in the world!
I never understand why girls have this THING about shoes? we can always find reasons to buy another pair, even we have more than 30 pairs at home (this is the minimum of average woman, i know a lot of girls who own much more than that number) and most of them are just sitting there and never been worn. We can always find space for another pair. Can anyone explain me this addiction of shoes?

personal developments
actually i was googling today about "10 reasons why you should quit your job?" and i run into this smart guy, giving me 10 reasons you should never get a job, then i listen to one of his podcast on "how to make money without a job". and he actually really helps me to think differently. it has been 5 years i was working in the same company, not that i don't enjoy what i do, i had a great time doing what i like and get pay every month. But now it is time for me to move on. I had my experiences and now it is about time to start something on my own. Actually this transition is more difficult than what i thought it would be....emotionally. the fact that my daily routine is going to change, this excites me and scares me at the same time. I need to think differently and break some rules and standards that i had stupidly set to myself when i was younger.
i guess i am going to follow some advise of Steve Pavlina and work on my personal developments and live happier!

I've never been an intellectual but I have this look.
If my films don't show a profit, I know I'm doing something right.
If my films make one more person miserable, I'll feel I have done my job.
If only God would give me some clear sign! Like making a large deposit in my name at a Swiss bank.
