super diet- day 10

breakfast
  • missed
lunch
  • fry tofu, egg plant and broccoli
  • tofu and vegetable soup
  • some chicken
  • soy milk
tea
  • skip
dinner
  • zucchini and pumpkin
  • some pork
  • natural yogurt
-3.5kg....not losing much....
