super diet- day 2

breakfast
  • half of a banana
  • one hard boiled egg
  • some slices of apple
lunch
  • chicken and zucchini curry (0% yogurt base)
  • some asparagus
tea
  • a mandarin
dinner
  • 2 slice of ham
  • 1 slice of smoke salmon
  • half of an avocado
  • steam asparagus
  • some salad
  • sesame butter and vinegar dressing refer to the video...
i ate a bit more tonight cos last night i was toooooo hurgry.
