super diet- day 3

breakfast
  • half of a banana
  • one hard boiled egg
lunch
  • steam green beans
  • pan fry salmon
  • half of an avocado
tea
  • 0% fat chocolate yogurt
dinner
  • 1 slice of ham
  • vegetable soup with lots of vegetables....homemade of cos!
-2kg! yeah!!!
