super diet- day 4

breakfast
  • half slice of ham
  • scrambled egg
  • half of an avocado
  • 0% fat chocolate yogurt
lunch
  • vegetable soup with lots of vegetables
tea
  • a chicken brochette
dinner
  • vegetable soup
  • sweet corn
  • some fish cooked with tomato and black olives.
  • half of an avocado
I went out today, i was so hungry when i saw all these boulangerie on my way with all these bread and cake that i cannot eat!!! so i went into a chinese take-out shop and brought a chicken brochette! It was a bit fat, I really shouldn't had...

-2.5kg today.....-7.5kg to go....
