super diet- day 5

breakfast
  • a banana
  • fry egg sunny-siide-up
  • 0% fat yogurt
lunch
  • broccoli cooked with tomato and some bacon (i had cut most of the fat away)
tea
  • skip
dinner
  • flat beans cooked with tomato, carrot, onion and some bacon
-3kg today.....7kg to go....
