super diet- day 6

breakfast
  • one freshly made turkey sausage, fry
  • fry egg sunny-siide-up
  • half of an avocado
lunch
  • carrot and celery sticks
  • 0% fat yogurt dip, with curry powder with a little of soy sauce mixed
  • half of an avocado
  • some italian octopus (those ones dip in oil...yummy!)
tea
  • skip
dinner
  • steamed mix vegetable
  • some fry tofu
