super diet- day 7

breakfast
  • one freshly made turkey sausage, fry
  • fry egg sunny-siide-up
  • a sweet corn
lunch
  • fry fish
  • steam vegetables
tea
  • 0% fat chocolate yogurt
  • a mandarin
dinner
  • steamed mix vegetable
  • some italian octopus
i had lose totally 3kg this week!
